$200 per session, If you book sessions on a weekly basis the rate drops to $175.

I do not work with insurance, including providing superbills, through my solo private practice.

If you wish to use insurance, I provide that strictly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Insurance slots are limited. You can find more information about that in my group practice at https://www.morefitmentalhealth.com

Appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis and our mutual availability. Payments for each appointment will be made through Headway for insurance clients and Venmo/Zelle for private pay clients.

To ensure that your therapy time is valued, a minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or you do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), a fee of $100 will be charged.

To avoid fees you may reschedule your session prior to your next reoccurring weekly session. Both the rescheduled session and next regularly scheduled session need to be attended. Rescheduling is based on availability.

Voice mail messages during normal business hours are checked each day. Messages left outside of normal hours of operation will be picked up the next business day. If you are experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, are in crisis, or need immediate help, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

I am often not immediately available by telephone. I do not answer my phone when I am with clients or otherwise unavailable. At these times, you may leave a message on my confidential voicemail and I will return your call once I’ve reviewed your chart, but it may take a day or two for non-urgent matters. I will make every attempt to inform you in advance of planned absences, and provide you with the name and phone number of the mental health professional covering my practice. If I need to cancel an appointment at the last-minute, I will reach out as soon as possible and reschedule, or have a member of my staff connect with you.

There are several reasons why we may eventually end our professional relationship. You may decide you would prefer to work with a different provider. I may reach the conclusion you would be better served working with someone else. Regardless of the case, I will first discuss with you the reasons for discharging, and if you request, provide you with a list of other qualified providers. I will also extend the discharge process length if necessary based on your treatment needs, including continuing to provide emergency support for a time-limited period after you have been notified of the end of our treatment relationship.

Please note that ongoing failure to pay for treatment, attend sessions, or communicate with me in a respectful and timely manner can also result in discharge from my practice. In these instances, to ensure you have continued access to care, I will still make every reasonable effort to get in touch with you and provide referrals to a new provider before I consider our relationship ended.

In-person and virtual appointments are available in California. Office location is 11940 McCune Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066. All appointments in Oregon are currently via Telehealth.

Your therapy time is reserved just for you. To respect your time and mine, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed sessions without notice, will incur a $100 fee.

Need to reschedule? You may do so before your next recurring session—based on availability—and both sessions must be attended to avoid the fee.

I check voicemail during business hours and respond as promptly as possible. Messages left outside those hours will be returned the next business day.

If you’re in crisis or experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. I do not offer emergency or after-hours services.

While I may not be immediately available by phone, you’re welcome to leave a confidential voicemail. I’ll return your call within a day or two for non-urgent matters. I’ll always let you know in advance about planned absences and connect you with coverage when needed. If I must cancel unexpectedly, I’ll reach out as soon as possible.

Therapy may conclude for various reasons—whether initiated by you or me. If so, we’ll talk it through together. I’ll provide referrals and extend care briefly if needed to ensure a smooth transition.

Non-payment, repeated no-shows, or ongoing lack of communication may also lead to discharge. Even in these cases, I’ll do my best to reach you and offer support as you transition to new care.
