WHO I WORK WITH

I work with adults 24 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, and self-critical thought patterns. Many of the people I support are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and creatives who seem to have it all together on the outside—but inside, they’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or running on empty.
You might find yourself constantly overthinking, stuck in a loop of “what ifs,” or feeling like nothing you do is ever quite enough. Maybe you struggle to say no, prioritize your own needs, or trust your instincts. You may be the one everyone else leans on, yet feel alone in your own experience.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. Therapy can offer the structure, insight, and support you need to reconnect with yourself and shift the patterns that are holding you back.

HOW I HELP CLIENTS
THROUGH INSURANCE
If you’re using insurance for therapy, I offer a structured, science-backed approach called TEAM-CBT. Grounded in neuroscience, this method is designed to create real, measurable change—often reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression in as little as 12 weeks.
TEAM-CBT goes beyond traditional talk therapy. We’ll work together to set clear goals, explore your values, and uncover what truly matters to you. Each 50-minute weekly session includes a brief mood check to track progress, and you’ll complete a short feedback form afterward so I can tailor each session to your needs and ensure you feel heard and supported.
Between sessions, you’ll spend about 15 minutes a day on personalized cognitive exercises to reinforce your growth. These are securely stored in a private Google Drive folder for easy access and continuity.
